Delivery and Installation Policy

As an Internet Service Provider (ISP), our "Delivery" refers to the physical deployment, cabling, and technical activation of your broadband line.

• Timeline: Once your new subscription order is placed and the invoice is fully paid online via SSLCOMMERZ, our technical mapping team will reach out. The line configuration and hardware installation will be completed within 24 to 48 hours.
• Operational Conditions: Deployment timelines may vary slightly during severe adverse weather conditions, local power grid breakdowns, or fiber-cut incidents beyond our control.
• Hardware Delivery: Any peripheral equipment purchased from us (such as ONUs, patch cords, or Wi-Fi routers) will be hand-delivered and configured directly at your registered premises by our technician during setup.
